Midwest Laser, Inc. offers a 30-day money back guarantee on your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us simply return it to us for a refund, replacement or credit, less shipping charges, a 20% restocking fee applies to unopened products.


After 30 days, Midwest Laser, Inc. will repair or replace a defective product with an equivalent non-defective product for one year from date of purchase. This Midwest Laser, Inc. warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

  • Products ordered or supplied from another merchant.(Our products have serial and/or manufacturing lot numbers unique to our company so we can track and determine the manufacturing date and factory source for our products)
  • Any printer cartridges that after weighing (based on grams) are found to have less than 20% of the original load of toner or ink remaining.
  • Products damaged from abuse, misuse, tampering, overcharging, improper installation, neglect, freezing or improper conditioning.
  • Removal of any warranty, lot number or serial number markings or stickers.

Warranty claims can be initiated by contacting us by email at: [email protected] or you may call us at 888-858-4683 during our normal business hours (M-F, 9am to 5pm Central Time) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will need your order number, order date, your phone number, email address, part number and details about the specific product defect. Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to Midwest Laser, Inc. and for return shipping charges.

Note the following applies to your return:

There will be a 20% restocking fee on non-defective exchange product. This option must be exercised within 30 days of original invoice date.

You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

Each return MUST have an RMA number, "a Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return.

Your RMA is valid for only 10 days. Your return shipment to us must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.

When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Midwest Laser, Inc. will not be responsible for any shipping loss.

The customer must inform Midwest Laser, Inc. of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date. Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the RMA policy.

All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. Midwest Laser, Inc. will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product.

Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return.

Midwest Laser, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
