Under our guarantee, you may return a product for either a refund, replacement or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied. We have a 90-day full money-back product performance guarantee. If within 90 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will replace your items or refund your money if said cartridge is less than 30% used. If cartridge is 30% or more used it will be pro rated.

If you mistakenly ordered and received the wrong product, the fastest way to exchange is to simply re-order the new items online and then return the items you do not want. There will be a 20% restocking fee on non-defective exchange product. This option must be exercised within 30 days of original invoice date.

Under our return policy, you must request a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product for any reason. We will not issue credits for any unauthorized returns. Original shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
